If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you have the option to return it, provided that your item meets the following conditions:

• The return must be made within 03 days from the date of delivery.
• All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition and should not be damaged or tampered with.
• The refund or replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by UPL.
• Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or digital content such as e-books will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
• Availability of stock with the supplier determines the possibility of replacement. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund without any further inquiries.
